When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update that information promptly if it changes. The following information is required at registration:
Account registration does not create any obligation on the part of red365 to maintain the Account indefinitely. red365 reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason, subject to compliance with applicable law.
One Account Per Household: Where multiple individuals in the same household wish to register separate accounts, each must complete independent KYC verification. red365 may request additional documentation to verify that accounts are operated by distinct individuals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication ("2FA") codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
You agree to notify red365 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, or any other security breach affecting your Account or credentials.
red365 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any request purporting to be from red365 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
red365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. Where unauthorised access is suspected, red365 may temporarily freeze your Account pending investigation, without liability to you.
Deposits to your red365 Account are accepted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) only. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and selected debit/credit cards as displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. The minimum single deposit is ₱100. red365 does not impose a deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation of receipt by the payment processor. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. red365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks as required under Philippine law. red365 may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds, in accordance with PAGCOR compliance requirements.
